Little Plume & Paper reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Once an order is placed with Little Plume & Paper, you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
1. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Any discounts applied to quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
2. Ordering
A minimum order quantity of ten (10) applies to table names, table numbers, and reserved signs. A minimum order of twenty five (25) applies to all save the date cards, place cards/tags, menu cards, wedding invitations, evening invitations, vellum wraps, color envelopes, wax seals, envelope liners, RSVP cards, information cards, invitation bands, thank you cards, twine, ribbon and orders of service. If less than the minimum order quantity is required, even in the event that extra stationery is needed following an order, the cost per item will be higher than the prices listed. Vellum wraps, self adhesive wax seals, color envelopes, invitation bands, envelope liners, thread and ribbon are only available to customers ordering their invitations from Little Plume & Paper. Vellum wraps, self adhesive wax seals, invitation bands, envelope liners, thread and ribbon will be carefully packaged and supplied unassembled, unless stationery assembly service was ordered. For customers ordering day of stationery, a minimum spend of $75 applies.
3. Designs
Designs are copyright of Little Plume & Paper. You, or a third party, cannot copy or reproduce designs in any part or way. Designs that feature small parts and decorations are not suitable for children. Slight variations between each item may occur in the following: self adhesive wax seals, tassels, vellum wraps, handmade envelopes, deckle edging, plantable seed paper and hand dyed ribbon.
4.Colors
Color on screen will always look different to the printed version. If you have provided a color swatch, every effort will be made to match it as closely as possible. Due to the printing process, color variation can occur between different print runs and different printers. Therefore, color may differ between your stationery and any samples or hard copy proofs that you receive. Stationery larger in size than A3 (11 x 17) and stationery printed onto plantable seed paper are printed on different printers to all other wedding stationery, therefore the color will differ to any coordinating stationery. Tassels and self adhesive wax seals are handmade to order, as such color will vary between batches.
5. Paper Stock
Card and paper stock are used as follows: 120# eggshell white or ultra white for all standard printed stationery (A3 size or smaller). Wedding signs larger in size than A3 are printed onto smooth white foam core board. 40 bond translucent vellum paper is available for the printing of belly bands and vellum jackets and 80# white and ultra white text paper is used for the inside pages of programs. Refunds will not be issued if on receipt of your order, you do not like the card stock used. Please note that color can vary between different batches of card/paper stock.
6.Plantable Seed Paper
Due to the nature of seed paper and it's uneven surface, imperfections in print may occur (e.g. a letter or graphic printed directly onto a seed may not show). This is a feature of printing onto seed paper and refunds will not be given. For best germination results, seed paper should be planted within 2 years. Germination cannot be guaranteed.
7. Envelopes
Envelopes are included in all save the date and invitation stationery packages. Upgrades to color envelopes are available and should be requested at the time of ordering. Envelopes will be wrapped separately alongside save the date, invitation, RSVP card and thank you card orders.
8. Payment
Full payment in USD ($) is required to send your order to print. Accepted payment methods are credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer. For payment via bank transfer, details will be sent to you once you have placed your order.
9. Supply of Information
To minimize amendment and the need for reproofing, the wording supplied for wedding stationery must be your final wording with correct content. This includes spelling, spacing, dates, timings and grammar. The information to complete day of stationery orders must be supplied at least 6 weeks before your wedding (unless otherwise agreed). It is your responsibility to ensure this information is with Little Plume & Paper within this time line. Approval to print day of stationery must be received by Little Plume & Paper no later than 5 weeks before your wedding (unless otherwise agreed). This allows time for production and delivery. Failure to do so risks you not receiving your stationery in time for your wedding and Little Plume & Paper will not be held responsible.
10. Venue Illustrations and Watercolors
You must supply a digital image of your venue. Your digital photograph should be a clear, face on view of your venue with the building as the main feature. Venue grounds, gardens and shrubbery should be kept to a minimum. Your illustration/watercolor will be created once full payment has cleared.
11. Proofs
Proofs are free and sent as a digital form via the client portal using the wording you supply and color and design agreed in your order. Prices include color changes, font changes and wording changes. Three free rounds of changes (digital proofs) are included per item of stationery. Additional changes are chargeable at $10.00 per item of stationery. If on receipt of your digital proofs, you would like a complete redesign and change to another collection, a $25.00 design fee will be charged. You are responsible for checking the proofs for all content, including layout, sizing, color, dates, timings, spellings, spacing and grammar. Little Plume & Paper does not offer a proof reading service. If proofs are approved by yourself with errors and are subsequently printed, Little Plume & Paper takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, these will be charged for in full. On review of your proofs, if any changes are required, all changes must be listed clearly in the proof review form in the client portal.
12. Lead time
Once your order has been confirmed, and 30% deposit has cleared, Little Plume & Paper will email you the Detail Questionnaire to fill out all of your wording and color details. Once Little Plume & Paper has received this information, a digital proof of your personalized wedding stationery will be sent to your client portal within 3 business days. Once you have approved your proofs and paid the remainder of your total (70%), your stationery will be printed. Digitally printed stationery will be completed and shipped to you within 2 weeks (plus an additional 1 week if the stationery assembly service, seed paper or deckle edge stationery has been ordered). High end printed stationery (Blind Emboss, Letterpress, Foil) will be completed and shipped to you within 4 weeks (plus an additional 1 week if the stationery assembly service or deckle edge stationery has been ordered). In some circumstances these timings may alter due to unforeseen circumstances, if this is the case, Little Plume & Paper will keep you updated on your order. Throughout the year, Little Plume & Paper will close for annual leave and will include closed dates on the front page of the website. It's important to note that this will affect standard processing timelines.
13. Postage & Packing
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Delivery is tracked and will require a signature to provide proof of receipt. If ordering wedding day stationery (programs, place cards, seating plan, welcome sign, menus or table names) alongside save the date cards, invitations or reply cards, all wedding day stationery will be dispatched separately at a later date once you have confirmed your guest list. The address for the delivery of your wedding day stationery must be provided at least 7 weeks before your wedding date. Failure to provide this information will risk your order not being delivered in time for your wedding and Little Plume & Paper will not be held responsible.
14. Cancellations & Refunds
Tassels, ribbon and self adhesive wax seals are handmade to order. It is not possible to change the color, quantity or style once your order has been agreed and payment has been received. Orders for tassels, ribbon and wax seals cannot be cancelled or refunded, neither will refunds be made for color discrepancies. As your wedding stationery is personalized and tailored to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof can not be refunded. If you decide to cancel your order once design work has started and proofs exchanged, Little Plume & Paper will not refund your 30% deposit. Little Plume & Paper reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer does not comply with our terms and conditions.
